Despite the great pressure that banks constantly exert on their clients to withdraw the lawsuits they filed for the return of sums unreasonably charged in the name of various phantom costs and fees, we advise clients not to withdraw lawsuits on their own initiative, without prior consultation with their lawyer.
The reason for this is the fact that banks continue to lose legal disputes before the Supreme Court of Cassation of Serbia in cases in which they did not prove that they properly informed the client about the obligations regarding the loan taken.
